The Villa: This pretty 4 bedroom villa is situated on a country lane and set in its own grounds of 2.5 acres of olive trees and fields. It is located a short 10-15 minute walk from the charming Provencal village of Villecroze, with its excellent selection of cafés and restaurants.
The four good-sized bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation for eight persons (Two double and two twins). There is an upstairs bathroom and separate toilet and a downstairs shower-room with toilet.
The living accommodation consists of a large sitting room, a separate dining room and recently fitted kitchen. The villa is equipped with central heating and an open fire for off season bookings.
There are 2 full sized dining tables, one inside and one out each seating 8 to 10 people.
There is a private swimming pool (4m by 10m) with an ‘infinity’ edge offering beautiful and relaxing views over the Olive Groves and surrounding countryside. The pool is lit for evening swimming and has a terrace.
The Facilities: In addition to the swimming pool the house opens onto a south facing terrace overlooking the olive groves with the lights of Tourtour (the village in the sky) visible in the distance after dark. The terrace leads down to lawn with trees and BBQ for the use of the guests.
There is satellite TV with all UK terrestrial channels plus a PC with broadband internet connection and a table tennis table. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and chest freezer.
The Area: The villa is located on a small country road in the depths of the countryside yet only 10 – 15 minutes walk from the village of Villecroze. The village contains a number of cafes and restaurants, a good bakery, general store and post office. This is medieval village with a charming old quarter and was founded around a group of caves some of which are used as dwellings. It also contains a successful music academy with frequent concerts and occasional firework displays. The area offers a number of quality vineyards and the spectacular Gorge de Verdon is 40 minutes drive away, this has a large freshwater lake offering a variety of activities including canoeing and spectacular hiking . The market towns of Aups, Lorgues, Salernes and Flayosc all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 waterparks within 45 minutes drive. Nice airport is about 1.5 hours away and the TGV station of Les Arcs Draguigan is about 20 minutes drive away (trains from the UK are available daily,change once only at Lille

There are a number of golf courses within a 50km radius that accept visitors.
