Spacious luxury villa with full gas central heating for spring/autumn lets. Le Tibouren is set in 3000 Sq.m (3/4 acre) of garden with mosaic swimming pool 10m x 5m with solar powered automatic safety cover and BBQ. The house is furnished to an exceptional standard with 3 spacious double bedrooms all with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. The open plan living area has a wood burning fire & satellite TV. Wireless broadband is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in oven, microwave, induction hob & dishwasher. The separate utility room is equipped with washing machine, separate dryer & large fridge-freezer. There is a covered terrace and on the first floor a solarium. The main bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, two basins and WC. Le Tibouren is quietly situated 1km from Tourtour, known as 'The Village in the Sky'. Tourtour is a traditional rural unspoilt village, although it is busy in July & August 17km from Draguignan, 50km from the coast, 30km from the Gorge de Verdon St. Maxim with its good beach, shops & restaurants is 50km from where you are advised to take the ferry if you want to visit St. Tropez. This will avoid parking and access problems at St. Tropez in the summer, as well as being a cheap and pleasant trip (20 mins). For those with an RYA International Certificate of Competance boats of various sizes can be hired at St. Maxim

There is a table & four chairs in the solarium on the 1st floor. Ground floor main bedroom with ensuite bathroom suitable for older guests. A user friendly solar electric cover is fitted to the pool for improved security and water quality.

Tourtour: The villa is a 15 min walk from Tourtour, one of the Plus Beaux Villages de France. The village square is lively in summer with plenty of restaurants, two bars, and a number of art galleries & boutiques. In winter there are at least three restaurants and both bars open. There is a small mini market and boulangerie both open all year. The medieval part of the village has lovely little courtyards and narrow passageways, as well as a fossil museum and olive mill which operates during January & February. In summer the mill is used by local artists for exhibitions.

Shopping: The two nearest hypermarkets are at Draguignan & Trans en Provence. There are markets at Aups (Wed & Sat), Lorgues (Tues) & Salernes (Sun). There is a very large Sunday Provencal market at Le Muy by the autoroute (A8). All the major coastal resorts and Aix en Provence have excellent shops selling designer labels as well as traditional merchandise from the area

The Countryside: To the North is the amazing Gorge de Verdon, 700m deep in parts. You can drive round the gorge via the Route des Cretes (if you have a head for heights!). There are walks by the river through the gorge; canoes & kayaks can be hired. Lac St. Croix is good for sailing & windsurfing. Between Tourtour & the coast are many vineyards to visit and of course wine to taste. The plain of Valensole to the North West is one of the main lavender growing areas of Provence
