This beautiful, newly build Provencal villa, is situated in a very quiet and private domain not far from the known medieval village of Les Arcs. The area is known for its wine production and you will notice when arriving in the area that you will be driving through endless vineyards. The villa is situated on the highest point in the domain, and there is a panoramic view from the house and the terrace toward the “Massiv de Maures”. The house is south facing and has a nice new infinity pool. You will have sun all day and be able to enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. The area gives possibility for many interesting trips to vineyards, or to the coast unless you simply want to enjoy the sun and quiet by the pool.

Les Arcs is surrounded by vineyards, perched medieval villages with Chatau's. It is close to St. Tropez and St. Maxime. It is a perfect situation for visits to the beach, the mountains and of course to do wine tasting trips. The village of Les Arcs offers you the typical French village with good restaurants, cafés, bakeries, butchers and the local boule tournaments. There are plenty of possibilities for an active vacation.

This is only our second year for rentals. The first we rented to friends of friends who loved it so much that they bought the neighbour house. Now we are looking for just as good renters who will love the property but also look after it.
