This XIXth century 'Mas' has an area of 1076 sq feet, comprising an entirely tiled private swimming pool, large and shady terraces with barbecue, a lounge with an open fire place, beautiful ancient furniture and a TV (receiving over than 50 European channels), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc, 3 double bedrooms, wet room and separate toilets, garage, fully enclosed grounds (0,7 acre), hundred years old trees, in a quiet neighbourhood. All shops are 2 km away and the house is located in the heart of a region full of typical hilltop villages, 4 being chosen as the Most Beautiful Villages of France : Gordes, Ménerbes, Roussillon and Lourmarin, and many beautiful others. The Provencal Colorado of Rustrel is 5 km away, without forgetting the unavoidable market in Apt (labeled Most Beautiful French Market).
