Independent house, graded 4 clevacances/4*, located in the heart of L'isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the 'Venice of the Comtat' in Provence. The 3000sq m garden, which is closed by walls is bordered by two canals of the river Sorgue. HOUSE: On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with bath, 1 WC. One of the bedrooms and the living room both open on a large terrace (34sq m), which can be shaded by an awning. BBQ and garden furniture at your disposal. Baby cot also available. The garage is on the ground floor. GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL: Beautiful garden with lots of trees and space. The large swimming pool (7.5m x 15m) is very sunny. It has a beach at each side. One is for the tenant, and one for the owners who live in an independent house on the same garden.
