Situated within five minutes walk of the center of the village, and a balls throw from the tennis courts, Maison 13 offers comfortable accommodation for 6 people, with: Entrance hall, leading through arched doorway to lounge/dining room with fireplace. Separate study with internet connection. Kitchen with access to utility room with washing machine/drier. From the entrance hall, stairs to upper floor, with three double bedrooms. Two rooms with double/single beds, one with two singles. All bed linen provided. One bathroom with bath and shower: separate toilet. One en suite shower room and toilet. The Provencal garden includes flower beds, stone garden and covered patio. A selection of books, guides and Cd's also available. Eng. language TV. Partially shaded parking space for two cars, beside the front courtyard garden. On arrival you will be met at the house by our local representative Erika, who speaks English. She will show you around the house and hand over the keys.

We were thrilled with the house, the garden, the proximity to the village. It was great. The house was much nicer then the photos. I would be proud to recommend this house to a friend. The town of Lourmarin was a delight. I hope to be lucky enough to visit again.

This is the second year we have stayed. Pretty house with modern facilities and a lovely terrace to sit out on and eat al fresco in peaceful surroundings
Lourmarin village itself is also very traditional. Locals are friendly and it has good restaurants and cafes serving local food plus post office, ATM and a great market on Fridays, a nice mix of busy and quiet. The village is also centrally located so the Airport and TGV are less than an hour away. Avignon, Carmargue and the Mediterranean Coast are also in easy travelling distance.
Great house, great location can’t wait to come back.

AN EXCELLENT WEEK IN LOURMARIN

An excellent accurate description of the property. Lots of space. In a quiet peaceful area, but within two minutes walking you can be in the heart of the village of Lourmarin. Easy access to all tourist areas in Provence, and at the end of a long day sightseeing, you feel like you are arriving back 'home'. Good kitchen and laundry facilities. Good customer service. Excellent welcome and house tour on arrival. Good selection of restaurants in Lourmarin and the surrounding area from the expensive to the less expensive, most within walking distance. Highly recommended and we will certainly return in the future.
