Les Oliviers, an outstanding property, lies in a peaceful residential area of the pretty village of Tavel, renowned for its rosé wines and at just 10 mins from the exciting Papal city of Avignon. Ideal for those who desire a quiet and privileged environment, the villa has been recently built using only the finest traditional materials; old wooden beams, vaulted stone ceilings, old flagstones, marble and terracotta, combining style and refinement with every comfort and luxury. The garden, entirely enclosed and private, has been tastefully landscaped. The lawn is bordered by oleanders, roses and lavender and boasts several century old olive trees. The swimming pool, 10 x 8 mts, is surrounded by large sunbathing terraces with comfortable garden furniture and there is a summer dining area to fully enjoy the pleasures of outdoor living.A new summer kitchen is installed next to the pool with built in BBQ and other cooking facilities. The property is beautifully maintained and appointed.

Tavel and its surrondings: 'Les Oliviers' is situated in the quiet residential area of Tavel, world renowned for its Rosé wine, the pretty village surrounded by endless vineyards providing many opportunities of sampling all the local Cotes du Rhone ; Lirac and Chateauneuf du Papes to name just a few. At just 10 mins drive from the beautiful city of Avignon with its impressive Papal Palace and large choice of famous restaurants, it is also a perfect base for exploring Provence. The Camargue is barely an hours drive away with all its wild life and the lovely towns of Aigues Mortes & St Maries de la Mer and long sandy beaches

The village: At walking distance, approx 800 mts, the village itself provides several little shops, bakers, butchers etc plus two or three very good restaurants. Daily markets can be found in the surrounding villages and a big supermarket is at just five minutes drive.

This is a perfect place for a romantic honeymoon - as many guests have found
