Independent house located in Vedene, 15 minutes away from Avignon. The house is in a very quiet environment, 5 minutes walk from the town centre. The garden is closed and the swimming pool is private. The house is graded '3 Clés Vacances' and is fully equipped and nicely furnished. The kitchen and the living room both open on a shaded terrace with garden furniture. The swimming pool is fenced and is also fitted with an alarm. The house is well equipped for babies and young children. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, as well as the bathroom (renovated in 2004). There is a fan in each bedroom for the summer.

Our house is located in Vedene, a town of 10 000 inhabitants. Vedene is 12 km away from Avignon (15 minutes by car). The house is in a residential area, on a dead end road (very quiet). You can walk to the town centre of Vedene in 5 minutes, where all kinds of shops are available.

Great place to use as a base for touring the area.

We arrived at the villa after a long hot journey and the sight of the lovely pool was very pleasing. The house and kitchen was well equipped. It was quite a suprise to find there were no sheets or pillowcases provided but of course when I looked at the rental agreement I should have noticed. Dont forget to take yours! The surrounding area is very easy to get to as you are very close to road links. Both the patisserie in the village are wonderful and well within walking distance. There is a very small market there on Tuesday mornings. Unfortunately the weather was not so good the second week and we did not get so much use of the pool. OK for the children who jumped in but not for me as I edge in bit by bit. A wonderful fortnight.
