    In order to manage planning, RENTAL WEEKS ALWAYS START AND END ON A SATURDAY. Check-ins are between 4 - 7 pm , Check-outs 11 am. So please arrange your travel arrangements accordingly. If for any special reason you should request a check-in after 19h please check with owner to see if this is possible.

    SEPTEMBER 09 TO APRIL 2010, AT PRESENT ONLY LONG TERM RENTALS ARE BEING CONSIDERED FOR THIS PERIOD. (5 MONTHS OR MORE) If interested, please inquire for rental rates.
  • 50% deposit payable on booking, balance due upon taking possession of property. All transfer costs at charge of renter. No check-out final cleaning fee is charged if you take it upon your self to leave the flat for the next renter in as good condition as you yourself found it. However if you should prefer, or not feel able to do adequately re any particular constraints, we can provide this service for a cleaning fee of 90 euros. Off-street private parking can be provided if requested.
  • With the city-center train station only a few minutes walk away, the location of the apartment is ideal for visiting the town without a car. The new high-speed TGV train-station (3 hours to Paris) is 15 minutes away by shuttle bus or taxi.

A spacious and very comfortable apartment with a charming garden in an excellent location. This apartment is very well equipped and although though very close to all amenities it is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is in walking distance of many restaurants, shops and a multi cinema and we recieved excellent customer service from Mary Lou.
Owner's Response: I am very touched by this review from the ‘2 Joeys’…Although I’ve been renting out the property on holiday-rentals for more than 6 years, and have on display in the apartment a guest book full of lovely comments, even poems and drawings from many memorable visitors, this is the 1st time I’ve ever received an ‘official’ review through the site. The fact that these comments come from owners of a beautiful property rented out in Costa del Sol in Spain (property 15225 ) makes me feel very proud not only that they have offered me this unsolicited and unexpected review, but also a rating of 5/5…Thank you Joseph and Josephine!!

A real gem

This is a lovely apartment in a lovely city. It is located in the historic aristocratic central Mazarin quarter of Aix. The shops and cafes of the centre are on your doorstep, wonderful Provence all around. The flat has lots of space and features a beautiful, verdant private garden, a real gem and very rare in central Aix. We eat outside everyday, breakfast, lunch and dinner in various parts of the garden but you can sunbathe as well if you want. Mary-lou looks after her guests very well. So we are going back for the fourth consecutive year!

We were delighted with the property and its inclusions. the weather was not too kind to us but it did not take away from our experience. . So close to the centre of the city and very well prepared for the tourist. Plenty of information on what to do and where to go. we found the Tourist bureau to be wonderful and the quality of restaurants and shops were outstanding even though we travelled outside the peak period.; easy public transport to Avignon and Marseilles. Fabulous destination would be even better in the warmer weather. the owner was very friendly and caring
Everything in the apartment was as described in the listing and it was larger than we were anticipating.
I would heartily recommend the property to a friend
