Beautiful, newly built villa situated within a magnificent gated golfing village in the heart of Provence. The course (designed by Seve Balesteros) is enclosed by beautiful views of the Luberon mountain region. Our house offers many luxuries with 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 twin), 2 bathrooms, a beautifully designed and equipped kitchen, large living/dining area with TV/DVD/CD and a large private pool (9mx3.5m). Alfresco dining for 8+ persons can be enjoyed in the architecturally designed gardens with beautiful views overlooking the local village. The village offers restaurants/bars, shops, 2 huge pools, tennis courts, horse riding, open-air theatre, children activity centre etc and is only 5 minutes walk away. You can also explore the charming villages/vineyards of Provence and the wonderful beaches of the Cote D'Azur. Nearby Aix and Avignon (25 mins) represent everything 'Provence' from beautiful architecture to fine alfresco dining/boutique shopping

Notes: There is a DVD which plays CDs. Jackie will be your local contact who will welcome you on arrival. She speaks both French and English. She will provide you with the keys and take you round the house. The golfing village offers a very helpful and large tourist information for excursions to villages, towns, beaches, vineyards, theatre, events etc. A wavepool, large swimming pool, tennis courts, pedalloes, rowing boats, riding and children's clubs are available through Piere et Vacances. These are totally separate from the villa but can be booked, availability permitting. Children are very welcome but parents must note that the pool is not fenced off and is 1.5m in depth.

The villa: Our well designed, newly built, Provencal villa is fully furnished in a clean contemporary style. The kitchen is of traditional Provencal design integrated with all modern appliances. A dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, self cleaning oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and 4 hob/extractor ensure minimum effort and maximum luxury and relaxation whilst on holiday. Large glass doors lead from both the living room and kitchen directly into the garden. The living room has a lovely large contemporary table allowing indoor dining for 8. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and there is ample cupboard space for golf clubs. Evening dining and supping wine is a pleasure after a hard day of relaxing by the pool or playing golf as the garden overlooks the soft lights of the golfing village. The pool also offers soft, relaxing night illumination.

Sightseeing: Situated in the heart of Provence, some of the most beautiful villages, towns and cities are within an hours leisurely drive. Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Loumarin, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Lacoste, Gordes, L'isle sur la Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Orange, Arles, St Remy, les baux de Provence are all places offering beautiful architecture, culture, history, fine dining, Boutique shopping, Art etc. The beaches of the cote D'Azur are also within the hour and Cannes, St.Tropez, Monte Carlo are within 90 minutes to 3 hours drive. There are also many quality, local vineyards to be discovered. Please contact us for all the web site addresses.
