  • Payment of the total renting will be due in 2 payments. Half has to be paid upon signature of the contract, assuring the booking. The remaining is due l month prior to the beginning of the renting date.
  • Water, electricity, maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool, the cleaning lady during and at the end of the stay as well as the expenses of laundry are all included in the rental rates.
