The Villa - located at the foot of the beautiful Luberon hills, is a 3 double bed roomed villa with pool and boules court, is set in a secure private estate. Accommodation includes living room with dining area, downstairs cloakroom, modern fitted kitchen with French windows leading on to a large deck overlooking the pool. The upper level comprises 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower. There is a separate bathroom with two washbasins and separate WC. There is a gas BBQ, a full size table tennis table and boules court. The estate comprises an international golf course designed by Ballesteros, a Pierre & Vacances village and privately owned villas. All village amenities can be booked by those staying in the villa. The activities include, riding, tennis, volley ball; there are two large pools and 5 restaurants all within walking distance. Rental includes housekeeper welcome, cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, electricity and internet plus TV, DVD/CD.

Similarly to the west is the famous hilltop village of Les Baux-de-Provence. Aix-en-Provence and Avignon are both within 30 minutes drive. Just 10 minutes East is the famous Abbey of Silvercane and the Mediterranean coast with such famous seaside villages as Cassis are within a one and a half hours' drive away.

Notes: The villa is situated with a very interesting prospect with parking and garage at road level and stairs down to the villa. There is a large deck which overlooks the swimming pool and two separate architecturally designed stairs descending to pool level. There is a further third level to the bottom of the garden area. The villa faces West and enjoys sunshine to late in to the evening. 40 minutes from Marseille airport (Easy jet) and 1 hour away from Nimes airport (Ryanair), 60 minutes from Mediterranean coast, Pont Royal is in the heart of the Provence/Luberon region with the famous very pretty villages of Menerbes, Lacoste, Bonnieux and Gordes a short drive away, as is the famous hill top village of Les Baux-de-Provence. The famous cities of Avignon and Aix-en-Provence are within 30 minutes drive. On the Domaine de Pont Royal is a challenging and picturesque Ballesteros designed golf course maintained to highest standards. The French Masters Golf Tournament is hosted here.

Quiet area. Small food-store within walking distance. The villa was very nice and clean, just like the photos. Plenty of space. The internet connection was a plus for our teenager, just as the swimmingpool for our younger children. We visited several of the villages in Provence. A car is absolutely a must!

Superbes vacances, très bel endroit, la maison est décorée avec goût. Tout le confort y est présent et la piscine est très agréables.
Aux alentours, il y a beaucoup d'activités proposées et de très beaux villages.
