Rural Gite with 5 x 12m pool, near Lake Rouffiac Dordogne France

Contained within the sympathetically restored Grange, ROUFFIAGUET provides a spacious self catering, modern apartment with a southern aspect. Even on the hottest of days the rooms stay cool as they have thick stone walls, double glazing and shutters to shade the interior from the sun. The apartment comprises a comfortable Salon with integral kitchen facilities & large bedroom and en-suite shower room facilities. It is also provided with CD/DVD player and Satellite TV. All necessary bedding & hand/bath towels are provided but we would ask that visitors bring their own towels for use around the swimming pool. Immediately to the south east of the Grange, in a sheltered part of the site but with a tantalising view of the Chateau de Rouffiac, is the 12m swimming pool in which to lounge, exercise or simply float whilst soaking up the sunshine. We will hold a provisional booking (following a telephone call or e-mail) for 8 days after which we require a 20% deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due six weeks before the holiday. Reminders are not generally sent for balance payments. Where no balance payment is received we cannot guarantee to continue to hold the booking. Where a holiday is booked less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total cost is payable with the booking form. Deposits and balances may be paid in Sterling or Euros either by cheque or bank transfer. Normal changeover day is Saturday in August but we can be flexible the rest of the year, so you may take advantage of any cheap flights.
