Contained within the sympathetically restored Grange, ROUFFIAGUET provides a spacious self catering, modern apartment with a southern aspect. Even on the hottest of days the rooms stay cool as they have thick stone walls, double glazing and shutters to shade the interior from the sun. The apartment comprises a comfortable Salon with integral kitchen facilities & large bedroom and en-suite shower room facilities. It is also provided with CD/DVD player and Satellite TV. All necessary bedding & hand/ bath towels are provided but we would ask that visitors bring their own towels for use around the swimming pool. Immediately to the south east of the Grange, in a sheltered part of the site but with a tantalising view of the Chateau de Rouffiac, is the 12m swimming pool in which to lounge, exercise or simply float whilst soaking up the sunshine. Additional information about rental rates

  • Special rates for long-term winter lets.
    A 5% discount is available if you book more than 6 weeks before arrival. Full payment if booked less than 6 weeks before arrival.
    Payment can be made in Sterling or euros.
    Change over days are flexible but in High season Sat to Sat is preferred but please ask as we like to be flexable if we can.
    There is an additional charge of £1.80 per night for a cot or single bed. One child only.
    Sheets and towels included except pool towels. No security deposit, no cleaning charge.
  • We will hold a provisional booking (following a telephone call or e-mail) for 5 days after which we require a 20% deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due six weeks before the holiday.
    Reminders are not generally sent for balance payments. Where no balance payment is received we cannot guarantee to continue to hold the booking.
    Where a holiday is booked less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total cost is payable with the booking form.
    Deposits and balances may be paid in Sterling or Euros either by cheque or bank transfer.

  • The facilities are modern having been installed in 2006. There is a light over the mirror as well as the overhead light.

There is a large mirror door wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelves. There are also chest of drawers. There are oak beams and oak trims. Some walls are stone. Notes: Although the apartment sleeps 2 people, an adult and child are most welcome and twin beds can be provided. The apartment comprises a comfortable salon with integral kitchen facilities plus - CD/DVD player, Satellite TV (free view). All necessary bedding and shower towels are provided. However, we would ask you to bring your own towels for use around the swimming pool. Herbs are grown for your use: thyme, sage, chives, bay, rosemary.
