This is a barn finished to a very high standard and furnished as a family home, set in 15 acres of land. Situated 5km from the picturesque Bastide town of Eymet. Bergerac airport served with direct flights from various airports in the UK by Ryanair and Flybe is only 20min away. Accommodation consists of an enormous (approx 12m*7m) open plan sitting room/dining area/kitchen, partially open to the roof with oak beams. It also has a large open fireplace. Also on the ground floor is the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom (incl wet room). The mezzanine consists of a large open plan sitting area and a 'minstrels gallery overlooking the sitting area below. Off the mezzanine is a further double bedded room with ensuite shower/toilet, a 3rd bathroom and 2 further bedrooms, one with 3 single beds, the other 2 singles and bunk beds (can be split). There is an 8m*4m covered terrace overlooking pool, garden and fields beyond. Contact me for my website address/plan of property.

Property is approximately 5km from Eymet, a picturesque medieval town founded in 1270. The square has been entirely renovated and is now the living hub of the village with a wide range of shops and restaurants. The Dordogne is part of Perigord well known for its cuisine. You can sample the celebrated duck dishes of foie gras, confit de canard and magret along with some of the finest wines in the world. The vineyards of St Emilion, Medoc, Graves, Pomerol are all within easy reach.
