Golf:
Château des Vigiers forms the centrepiece of a spectacular 27 hole golf course designed by Donald Steel who is considered one of the very best 'natural' golf course architects.
The original 18 hole golf course was opened in 1991 and is set amidst plum orchards, oak woods, lakes and vineyards. A fantastic 9 hole course has just been finished, also designed by Donald, to integrate beautifully into the existing course. Golfers are now able to play three different configurations of 18 holes, each with different slopes (from 125 to 129). In addition, there is 2 training zones for chipping, bunkers or rolling, a covered range with targets from 50m to 200m and the 6 hole academy course (1035 m).
