At 5km from Sarlat an old restored watermill with heated swimming pool, private fishing lake in a very quiet area surrounded by many small streams. This lovely family villa will provide you two fully equipped kitchens, a large living-rooms with fireplace, five bedrooms (three double beds and four single beds), four bathrooms , 4 toilets , outside you will find a terrace with garden furniture’s and barbecue and a table tennis for your pleasure.

Four little cottages for 2/3 peoples with swimming pool at 600 metres from the center of Sarlat, in a quiet residential neighbourhood and a private shady parking. Close to the many restaurants and the markets (Saturday and Wednesday) of the town. Each cottage has got a double bedroom and a dining-room with a bed-settee or a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster...), a shower-room, TV and a private garden with garden furniture and BBQ .
