Villa Noix is situated in an elevated position with wonderful rolling views over its own grounds towards the gorgeous little village of Grand Brassac. There are lovely walks and cycle rides all around the immediate property towards Grand Brassac. Brantome, 'The Venice of Perigord' is a 20 minute drive away along the beautiful Dronne Valley past the pretty village of Bourdeilles. Perigueux, with its exceptional open air market, is a 25 minute drive away, where there is also an excellent 18 hole golf course. There are many other pretty market towns within a 15 - 20 minute drive: Tocane St Apre, Riberac, Verteillac, Brantome. There is a lovely local beach on the river Dronne 7 minutes away at Renamon. Brantome and Perigueux host their Son et Lumiere festivals in the summer; as do several other local villages. 2 michelin starred restaurants within 20 and 30 minute drives. There are a host of typical French restaurants nearby.
