The two buildings which are rented as one whole unit, have been lovingly restored by the owners, retaining charm and character. Grolejac is situated on the river Dordogne, 15 minutes from Sarlat, Gourdon and Domme, making it centrally placed to explore the exquisite Dordogne valley and the Lot. There is a 14 hectare leisure lake, with sandy beach 500 metres away.

'La Mouline' combines rural tranquility with the convenience of shops, bars and very good restaurants just a stroll away. The barn and farmhouse each have their own, well equipped kitchen, dining room and living areas. The layout of the property make it ideal for two large parties to share a holiday, but with space, privacy and the convenience of separate facilities. The swimming pool area is accessed via a lockable gate (for child safety). Baby-sitting available. There is a full-size table tennis in the house and a tennis court 100m away. Horse riding and golf are also available locally.
