Le Plein Soleil is a luxuriously restored 3 bedroomed Perigordian farmhouse with private swimming pool. The house provides every luxury and complete privacy, balancing authentic rustic charm with luxury contemporary convenience. It is situated in the heart of the Dordogne countryside, just a few minutes from the Bastide town of Villefranche, approximately 1hr from Bordeaux Airport and 40 min from Bergerac Airport.

Le Plein Soleil can be found in the heart of the Dordogne, a short drive from Ste. Foy de la Grande, a bustling market town that straddles the River Dordogne on the road from Bordeaux to Bergerac. The detached farmhouse nestles close to the forest about 3km from the village of Montpeyroux. Le Plein Soleil is totally private and very quiet. There are no overlooking neighbours. The garden of 1 acre sits within a larger meadow of about 3 acres and deer can regularly be seen at dusk and dawn. Travel time from Bordeaux airport is 1 hr 5 min, from Bergerac airport, 45min and from Toulouse airport 2.5 hour.

The first double bedroom provides a large double bed looking out over the patio and swimming pool. This room is ideal for children or adults with plenty of clothes storage. Notes: The impressive lounge (46m2), with old style French double doors, original exposed stonewalls and wooden beams is tastefully decorated offering a soothing, warm ambiance. The focal point of the room is an imposing stone fireplace, flanked on either side by two huge sofas offering maximum comfort. This wonderful room is further complemented by traditional french style furniture including a solid chestnut day bed and a cast iron based laiton blanc table with chairs, perfect for informal dining or games. DVD player, VCR and Pioneer music centre are provided. The traditional kitchen and dining area is perfect for family cooking, dining and relaxing. Exposed stone walls complement terracotta tiling and solid wood beams. The dining room features a handcrafted solid oak dining table seating up to ten people and opens through double doors on to the extended patio and BBQ area at the rear of the house.
