SPRING, SUMMER or AUTUMN HOLIDAYS ... WINTER BREAKS or LONG WINTER LET. LAUZANAC is open all year round. For 2 to 8 people. LAUZANAC is situated in South West FRANCE, DORDOGNE area at 3 km from the medieval village of EYMET, 20 km from Bergerac and its airport, 100 km from Bordeaux and its airport. LAUZANAC is to one side of our house and completely private and independent. It looks out over the valley and oak woods and has been newly restored with everything in it new. Not far from the famous places like Bergerac, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux, Rocamadour, Bordeaux ... the castles : Monbazillac, Biron, Lanquais, Castelnaud ... the medieval villages : Eymet, Issigeac, Monpazier ... the food : foie gras, confits, magrets, cèpes or truffes ... the good wine : St Emilion, Medoc, Bergerac, Duras ... Come and meet the animals of the farm : our donkey, horse, geese, goats, sheep, rabbits, cows .... And enjoy the peaceful and beautiful rolling countryside.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We send you the booking forms and some information about the area as soon as you are agree to come to visit us. You have to send back one of the forms filled and signed with a 30% deposit. You can also transfer the money directly to our bank - the numbers are written on the booking forms - We confirm your booking as soon as we have received all that. The balance has to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival. This date is written on the contract.
    A 300 Euro deposit is asked at the arrival. We give it back to you at the end of your forms after the visit of the house. Changeover days are on Friday or Saturday during the High and the Peak Season. Any other day the rest of the year.
  • The beds are done at the arrival and the towels provided during all the year.
    The central heating is included in the Winter price and the wood is at your disposal if you want to turn on the fire in the fireplace as often as you want.
  • We offer a 5% discount for at least 2 weeks booked together during the Peak Season.

There are three double bedrooms with a writing table and an armoire, two with a bathroom with shower and wc and one with a bathroom with bath and wc. These bedrooms are separated by a small television room that can be curtained off, which also has a double sofa bed.

Notes: There is a large open plan living room/dining room with a big fireplace and a kitchen area equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and a fridge/freezer. There is also an Internet access (high speed) and satellite tv with English channels for free and some general information about the area. Outside are two private gardens on different levels. Opposite the salon kitchen is a covered terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. The second garden has an 8 x 4 meter private swimming pool secured for the children with a shady poolhouse and shower.

Golf: Several golfs around LAUZANAC. The well-knowned one is at 15 km in Razac-de-Saussignac. The name 'Golf des Vigiers'. Another one in Tombeboeuf 'Golf de Barthe', 10 km. And a Rural one very nice for new golfers, children or golfers who want to learn to others just at 2 km. 9 oles in the countryside along a river with tables for picnics. Very cheap prices. Really appreciate by our guests.

Thank you very much for letting us use your lovely farm house.
Gordon and myself truly enjoyed the stay in France. Lovely food, nature, the swimming pool, animals ... and the beautiful French language !
Eymet is a lovely village. We have enjoyed the medieval festival in September, also the walk to Soumensac, nice tiny village with a lovely market each Sunday morning.
We would like to come back and see you again.
