La Graule is a beautifully restored 5 double-bedroom farmhouse set in it's own vineyard in a fabulous location overlooking the river Dordogne. The property sleeps 10-12 people and can comfortably accommodate two families. It has a large private swimming pool and stunning views from the terrace across the river and the Dordogne countryside. The property is situated between the two villages of Eynesse (3km) and Pessac sur Dordogne (3km) where all necessary amenities including shops, bars and restaurants can be found. Whilst retaining its natural French rustic charm, the property is fully-equipped for modern living – the kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher and microwave, whilst the book library, Sky TV and DVD library are just some of the facilities that will entertain all ages and interests. The centerpiece of the property is a spacious open-plan lounge/dining room with a dining-table seating 12.

Bergerac (30km) has a number of markets and many other tourist attractions, such as shops cafes, museums, and boat trips. Further along the Dordogne river, are the famous caves of Les Eyzes, historic villages of Roque Gageac, Baynac and Domme.
