The perfect location for 2-3 families holidaying together or a large party of adults. Beautiful, spacious, recently renovated villa farmhouse with barn annexe in a tranquil and private edge of village location. Main house sleeps 8. The annexe, which is rented with the farmhouse in high season, sleeps 4. Main house - 4 large bedrooms - 2 doubles, 2 twins, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). Huge kitchen with dishwasher/washing machine and all mod cons. Sitting room with stone fireplace and wood burning stove. Dining room with original stone fireplace and wood burning stove. The converted barn annexe has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, large open plan sitting room with vaulted ceiling and wood burner, kitchen/dining room. Both are beautifully renovated and decorated. Outside - the properties share a superb new swimming pool 10m x 5m. Table tennis in covered barn. 3 outdoor eating areas with plentiful, high quality garden furniture. The properties are set in a peaceful, private terrain of 4 acres.

Recently converted stone barn with lots of character on the same site as Chez Buret Farmhouse, beautifully converted and decorated. Spacious sitting room with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and large barn doors, terracotta floor tiles throughout. Split-level kitchen with cooker/hob/extractor, microwave, washing machine and fridge. Dining area seating 4. 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with 2 singles. Bathroom with shower enclosure. Two outside terrace/eating area seats 4-6. In high season Chez Buret Annexe is rented with the Farmhouse, with which it shares the pool, to create an ideal arrangement for one large family or 2-3 family groups up to 12 people. Linen and cleaning are available at additional cost.

Chez Buret is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Allemans, 5km from Riberac in the heart of Perigord Vert. There is an excellent boulangerie/patisserie and small shop, simple restaurant/bar within 5 mins walk. You can find a good range of supermarkets and local shops in Riberac where there is also a wonderful weekly market selling all manner of food and other products. There is an excellent choice of restaurants and excursions within 15/30 minutes drive and the opportunity to buy regional products. There is plenty of opportunity nearby for sports of all types. For the culturally minded there are many events in Bordeilles, Brantome, Perigueux and Bergerac. Bergerac airport is 60 mins drive away and Bordeaux c. 100 mins. There are also small airports at Perigueux and Riberac. The ferry ports of Caen, St Malo and Le Havre are within a few hours' drive. The Dordogne valley, with all its beautiful but touristy towns and villages, is c. one hour's drive away.
