Les Cabanes is a restored stone built farmhouse set in 2 acres of mown grass and woodland. Exposed beams throughout. There is a farmhouse kitchen (with dishwasher), sitting room and separate snug (with satellite TV) & dining room, 2 double bedrooms (both en-suite) and 2 twin-bedrooms. 2 more family bathrooms. One further bedroom available on request) Utility room with washing machine and 2nd fridge/freezer. Bose CD sound. The 8m x 4m pool area is terraced and has a covered BBQ & eating area set within a walled ruined barn providing total privacy. Maximum occupancy 8 persons plus baby. You have exclusive use of the entire property and pool.

Les Cabanes is 20 km SW of Bergerac, only 20 minutes drive from the airport. The nearest shops are at Sigoules (6km) with an excellent new Supermarket, Post Office, Newsagent and several other stores. There are many good restaurants within a 30 minute drive. This is a lovely rural area with several Bastide towns within easy reach.

A security deposit of €200 is required on arrival which will be refunded after your stay provided there is no damage.

Golf: High quality golf at Chateau Les Vigiers (18 holes) is 10 minutes drive away. There is an excellent 9-hole Course called Chateau Les Merles at Creysse (near Beregerac) and another at Tombe Boeuf (near Lauzun). Both these are about 40 minutes drive and the Green Fee about €25.

Fabulous Les Cabanes

We went as two couples and 4 children for the 2 weeks in August. To say we had a great time is a bit of an understatement! The house is fabulous. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and all setup to provide holiday makers with a stress-free, happy break!
The pool area (although not obvious on the photos) is actually separate from the house which gives you your own little private oasis. We spent most of our time there, reading, dipping in and out of the water and of course many hours were spent around the BBQ and table! During that time, the kids were free to run, play football, cricket etc in the "garden" without us having to worry about anything!
I must say the photos here don't do the place justice - you have got to see it to believe it!
We would love to go back there...and the sooner the better! A big thumbs up and a big thank you for having us!

We didn't want to leave... again!

Just returned from our second visit, and it was fantastic. Lots of room - enough for 2 families to not get on each others nerves. Great pool area, very well equipped and close to lots of excellent restaurants, near Eymet and Bergerac yet really secluded and private.
The owners and caretakers have been extremely helpful on both visits.
We'll be back!

Great house - well equiped and the caretakers are a very helpful couple. When I locked us out they came within 10 minutes of me ringing!!!! Fantastic restaurants nearby, a great place to unwind.
