Spacious traditional farmhouse situated all on one level, with a covered conservatory. Recently renovated. The swimming pool is in the cultivated gardens, surrounded by plum orchards and vineyards.

Bergerac is 15miles away; Eymet 10; Duras 10 & St Foy La Grande 8 miles. Regular markets are held at various locations during the week & Vide Graniers at week ends. Small supermarkets are available in Eymet; Duras & Gardonne. Hypermarkets in Ste Foy & Bergerac
