Built in 1982, this property is set in a tranquil Dordogne village, six miles from the Dordogne River at Domme and twelve miles south of Sarlat. It is located within very easy driving distance of the many attractions that the Dordogne offers. It has a heated 50 square metre Roman-style swimming pool with an electric cover for security. The house stands in extensive grounds on the edge of the village which has a Boulangerie, cafe/restaurant and small general store. This five bedroomed house is accessed by six very wide steps onto a extensive sun-trap terrace.

Le Coze lies in the southern Perigord Noir an area famous for its foie gras, strawberries and walnuts which can be sampled in the wonderful local restaurants. Magestic medieval towns and spectacular caves are found nearby, along with the delightful River Dordogne. There are numerous historic and geographical sites, including Lascaux, Rocamadour, Padirac, La Roque Gageac, Sarlat and Domme that must be visited from Le Coze, as are the fascinating towns of Bergerac, Cahors and Figeac.
