This old shepherd’s dwelling has recently been totally renovated. The fournil is the upper part of this superb farmhouse with its own ground floor entrance (without any steps or stairs). This superb abode is completely fully furnished: colour TV, DVD player, micro wave oven, washing machine, dish washer, iron and ironing board, hoover, electric fan, coffee machine... and garden furniture. Situated at the edge of 6000m2 of private woodland and 20 meters from the swimming pool. In the winter cuddled up before a roaring open fire, or beside the pool in the lazy summer evenings, this farm house is a wonderful retreat. There are 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with 2 singles), large American style kitchen living room with chimney, separate bathroom and WC. The Fournil also comes with its own garden patio and outside BBQ. The swimming pool comes with pool side furniture: sun beds and low tables. The pool area is fenced in for security purposes and each cottage has its own entrance.

• AUTUMN-WINTER SPECIAL OFFER
  Enjoy our beautiful house and the surroundings when the high season crowd has left the area (wild mushroom picking, leisurely walks in the woods and maybe a chance to see the local wildlife,...) 10% off for one week and 20% off for 2 weeks (French school holiday excluded) !!!
  Don't forget to mention this special offer when booking.
  Special offer for couples on request (excluding high season).
  Daily, weekends and monthly prices are also available on request, depending on availability and season.
  
• Special offer for couples on request : 240€ per week instead of 495€ in september and 190€ per week instead of 395€ from october(excluding french school holiday).
  
• 25% deposit with booking and the balance have to be paid on the day of arrival. Gas and water are included in our prices. Electricity and heating have to be paid on the departure day.
  Arrivals at 4 pm and departures before 10 am.
  A local tax of 0.70 cents by day and by person over 12 years old has to be paid on departure day (for a stay between June and September).

Dear Magali and family, Just a quick line to say how much we enjoyed our holiday with you. The accommodation was first class and very comfortable and spacious. At night we so enjoyed watching the owls flying to and from the church tower. During the day the views over the valley were magnificent. The boys loved the pool area, it was so relaxing, especially in the early evening when the temperature was a little cooler. Miles loved playing his guitar in your beautiful church.....I only hope your neighbours also enjoyed his music!!!! Please say a big thank you to your parents for being such wonderful hosts. We had such a lovely evening when we were invited for aperitifes along with the other holiday makers....... a great memory. You live in a wonderful part of the world and would not hesitate to revisit you, and will certainly recommend you to our family and friends.
