    Winter lets welcome at much reduced prices & full central heating available. The house can be converted into a cottage of one double bedroom and one large bathroom and so is ideal as a base for a couple looking to buy property themselves. Take advantage of owner's free 'buying property in France' advice!!! Please email for info.
  • Although self catering, on-site dining, snacks & drinks service are available delivered to your property, served poolside or in a private dining room with waiter service. Daily maid, dog walking and crèche facilities also available. Rates include all utilities, linen and towels for use in the bathroom. A non-returnable deposit is required upon making your reservation and full final payment is required eight weeks prior to departure date. A breakage deposit will apply but will be returned after 14 days upon confirmation the property is left clean, tidy & breakage free. Villa should be left in the same clean state in which it was found or can be cleaned on your behalf for a €50 cleaning fee.

  • Exposed stonework in four of the bedrooms is 'pierre apparente', typical of the restored pinky, beige stone of the Perigordine region and each one of the four bedrooms has exposed beams. Two bedrooms have two single beds each but these are easily converted to make large doubles if required. With the characterful old stone walls the entire house enjoys a consistently comfortable temperature and to ensure your comfort rooms have ceiling fans too. Altogether the house can more than comfortably accommodate eight persons.

A Very Memorable Experience

We spent two weeks here and had a fantastic time - it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we pulled up Sharon was right there to greet us and if we needed anything she was on it immediately. By the end of our visit we really hated to leave. Mornings were quite and there were numerous walks to explore the area. The afternoons were perfect for sitting by the pool. Brantome is a wonderful town to walk around and Sharon gave us great recommendations on dining spots. You can be active and bike, kayak, walk or swim; or the more leisurely path of sightseeing, wine tasting and shopping nearby. But the favorite by far was sitting by the pool and enjoying the garden. There are so many beautiful plants and a lovely walkway and courtyard. Enjoy your stay!

The service provided was excellent, the accommodation simply wonderful, comfortable, tastefully furnished and very well equiped.
The location was everything you promised it would be and has served to only whet our appetite to visit again.
We can not express to you our sincere thanks for making the holiday so effort free. We will certainly be in touch with you for our next France holiday as there is still more for us to discover in the Dordogne region. Very best regards BJ

A REAL OASIS

We cannot remember the last time we enjoyed a holiday so much. The accomodation was spacious with several rooms where each of us could enjoy our own space. We loved the little nook by the fireplace which was great to just chill out and read a good book in. The pool and gardens were fabulous, clean, well kept and so tranquil. Having said that, when we wanted activity it was just a short drive to the most amazing restaurants, shopping and fun things for the kids to do. We brought our dog and Sharon loved taking her for walks along with her own dog. It was a holiday for her as much as the rest of the family. Will definitely be back.
