The private swimming pool allows relief from the sunshine, with sun loungers and garden furniture to relax on, read a book or doze to the sound of the birds. Panoramic views from the villa are breath taking, covering the Plazac valley and beyond. The property is 1km from the village fresh water swimming and boating lake open in high season

• Rates quoted are weekly, in low season weekends are also available please enquire for the tariff directly. Linen and towels are available at a small extra charge. Bookings are guaranteed upon the payment of a 30% deposit, the balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date of your holiday. Arrivals are between 4pm and 8pm, departures are by 10am, Saturdays are change over day.

It is positioned in a small hamlet just outside the village of Plazac, home to a small organic grocery store, post office, cafe/bar with a lovely sunny terrace, village restaurant and a large fresh water swimming and boating lake open to the public during high season. It is also positioned centrally between Montignac with an extensive weekly market, restaurants, cafes and shops and most importantly the wonderful Caves of Lascaux II, and Les Eyzies the Centre of Prehistory in Europe. The Perigord Noir offers the opportunity to explore an area rich in history, with caves to visit and explore, troglodyte dwellings to walk around, Sarlat a wonderful medieval town to discover voted one of the best in France, and only an hours drive to the wine regions of Bordeaux and St Emilion with numerous vineyards to visit and wine to sample.
