Three beautiful cottages in St Laurent-la-Valleé, an idylic hamlet situated in a hidden valley between Domme and Belves on a tributary of the Dordogne river. One cottage has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8/10), two bathrooms, a large individual swimming pool (6m x 12m) and a large garden. Two other cottages, each 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) are separated with a garden and they share the use of a large swimming pool (6m x12m). The cottages are well placed for visiting the medieval bastide towns of Domme, Belves, Monpazier, Beaumont, Lalinde and Limieul. Castles can be found locally at Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Castelnaud, Millandes, Fayrac and Marqueysac whilst prehistoric sites abound in the Vezère valley less than 30 minutes drive away. Pastimes available locally include golf, horse-riding, tennis, canoeing, bike-hire and aerial flights while you will find sandy river beaches along the banks of the Dordogne to enjoy a picnic. The area is well served by local markets

This cottage, built in 1990 is a Perigord style house, accommodation comprises:. Living room: 60m² with sitting and dining area. Kitchen: large fully-equipped kitchen with cooking ring, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, 250 l refrigerator + deep freeze, cooking utensils. Four bedrooms: two 2-person bedrooms on the ground floor and two 3-person bedrooms (2 + 1) on the first floor and Mezzanine. Two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with bath and shower + washing machine, and one on the first floor with shower and toilet. Two toilets: one on the ground floor, separate from the bathroom, and one on the first floor in the bathroom. A large utility room in the cellar. Terrace: 60m² covered terrace with garden furniture and table tennis. Swimming pool.(6x12m) with terrace and garden. Carport for two cars. Barbecue and garden furniture for 10 persons.
