Notes to the rental rates

• The Chateau is only available during July and August. The minimum rental period is 2 weeks and is let including use of the cottage. The combined rental is €4900 per week and includes a maid service for 8 hours cleaning and ironing during the week . Linen changed weekly. The maximum no of people accommodated is 16 + 2 babies.
  Full catering service can also be provided with a chef to prepare all meals and butler service. Please contact us for full details and prices.
  A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of reservation to secure booking. Balance is due eight weeks before arrival date.
  Refundable security deposit of 500 Euros payable on arrival by cash or cheque.
  All prices include gas, electricity, water, linen, towels.
  There is a mandatory cleaning and linen charge of €150 on the main house and €50 for the cottage payable on departure.
  Rentals in summer high season run Saturday to Saturday.
  Arrival time: After 16:00. Departure time: Before 10:00
  
• All payments in Euros or Sterling. A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of reservation to secure booking. Balance is due eight weeks before arrival date. Refundable security deposit of 500 Euros to cover breakages to be sent with the balance. . All prices include gas, electricity, water, linen, towels and cleaning. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time: After 16:00. Departure time: Before 10:00.
  
• Gardens maintained and pool cleaning take place three times per week. Nanny is possible by prior arrangement at additional cost. Bath Towels and linen are included ( not pool towels).
