Its 2.5 acres of park will allow you to relax under the hundred years old stone pines. The home has been entirely renovated and is spacious and bright. Far from the summer crowds, you will enjoy the authenticity if the house with your family or friends. Decorated with a mix between antiques and modern comfortable furniture. Ground floor: Beautiful living space with winter living room, dining room, kitchen, summer dining room (60 m²) with stone walls and terra cotta floor tile. It opens on the magnificent park and the large private pool. On the first floor, in the game room (60 m²), piano, table football, billiard table, television, Internet access and board games are at your disposal. The six bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are equipped with luxury and charm and well decorated. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Arrivals are on Saturdays at 4.00 p.m, departures have to be before 10.00 a.m. The rates are given no matter the number of people sharing, up to 12.
    Reservation are final upon reservation of a 30% deposit (payment can be done by bank transfer or check in €). Balance must be paid 1 month before arrival.
    A 600 € security deposit is required upon arrival at Marandou, paid by check and returned to the client after satisfactory inspection.
    Linens are included (sheets + towels + dish towels + table cloths).
    The house is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer
    Cleaning included is 3 hours per week.
    Garden and pool maintenance is included.

GROUND FLOOR The orange bedroom is facing South with view of the park. Large 160 bed, study area with 2 Crapaud armchairs. The pink bedroom has 2 twin beds and view of the pool. FIRST FLOOR The prune bedroom is south oriented with view of the Pyrenees, a large 160 bed, a beautiful Provencal armoire, a study area with 2 Trianon armchairs and an English style chest. The pearl grey bedroom is south oriented with view of the Pyrenees, a large 160 bed, an empire style chest with marquetry and “Cabriolet” armchairs. Its bathroom is en-suite and WC are private. The green bedroom has twin beds and view of the private swimming pool. The mauve bedroom is south oriented with view of the Lauragaise countryside, a large 160 bed, a round table Louis Philippe style and a walnut chest.

The large deck allows the children to play safely. On its sunny deck, you will be able to have your meals under the sunshades. From the Marandou villa hiking is possible, as well as cycling, to explore the Lauragais region by the Rigole an artificial river, and the Canal du Midi (part of UNESCO World Heritage), to arrive to Naurouze. Several golf courses are close to Marandou: 3 heading to Toulouse: Téoula, Seilh, Estolosa – 1 heading to Carcassonne – 2 heading to Castres: Fiac, Gourjade.
