Additional information about rental rates

• Deposit to secure rental: 50% / week min. 2 weeks, 1 week full rental amount(no refunds).
  Full remaining payment required 6 weeks prior to first week's rental commencing.
  Refundable damages deposit: £350 to be sent 6 weeks prior. Payment will be sent after vacating the property, inventory, etc checked.
  On arrival, apartment is clean, fresh linen and shower/hand towels are provided according to the number of occupants rented for. The apartment to be left in a similar state of cleanliness, used towels and linen to be left in the bathroom.
  Should you want the apartment and patio/barbecue area cleaned at the end of your stay, please let us know and we can arrange at a cost of £50*, deducted from damages amount.
  During the low,mid and high seasons, flexibility outside the weekly Sunday to Sunday bookings and 3-4 day long weekends, mid-week stays or 10 day breaks may be possible depending on existing bookings, as well as long stays at preferential prices. Please ask for preferred dates
• Special conditions in addition to the above mentioned:-
  Minimum stay from 20th June 2009 until 11th September 2009 inclusive: 2 weeks minimum.
  Rental period is Sunday to Sunday( in non peak periods, there is flexibility to go outside of the weekly Sunday to Sunday bookings).
  If damage is found after tenants vacated when inventory,etc checked and linen/towels changeover conducted, an amount will be deducted from the refundable damages deposit for the repair or replacement of the item if it cannot be repaired.
  Should the property be left in a poor state of cleanliness such that it takes more than 1 hour to clean after tidying and replacing bedlinen and towels, then a minimum charge of £50 will be taken off the refundable damages deposit.
  Should the property be left in an even worse state such that it takes more than 2 hours to clean, after tidying and replacing bedlinen and towels, then a minimum chrage of £100 will be taken off the refundable damages deposit.
• All bank charges of rental payments and refundable damages deposit are to the account of the rental party
  renting the property.
  In Low and Mid seasons, linen is not provided. It is possible to hire linen during these periods for £15 per person per week.
