Located at Cap Les Pins II in the St. Martin residential area overlooking the international golf course, the ground floor villa style apartment is set in its own screened patio terrace garden. Electronic security gates, ensure privacy to the residence. Sliding patio doors have electric blind & sun awning & lead onto the large patio with inbuilt barbecue & lighting. Recently renovated, firstly the lounge/diner has rattan table, chairs, sideboard, flat screen TV/DVD unit. The modern kitchen area features a combination 4 ring hob/oven/grill/dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer & range of cupboards. Main bedroom has double bed, wardrobes, whilst 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, chest of drawers & underbed storage drawers. Bathroom has power-shower with revolving door, marble top washbasin/lit mirror unit & WC. The 20metre pool is located a minute away whilst the tennis court is in front with views beyond of the golf course & allocated parking space is immediately behind.

  • Deposit to secure week's rental: £250/week (no refund)
    Full remaining payment required 6 weeks prior to first week's rental commencing.
    Refundable damages deposit: £350 to be sent with final payment. A cheque will be sent after vacating the property, inventory, etc checked.
    On arrival, the apartment is clean, fresh linen and shower/hand towels are provided according to the number of occupants rented for. The apartment should be left in a similar state of cleanliness, used towels and linen to be left in the bathroom.
    Should you want the apartment and patio/barbecue area to be cleaned at the end of your stay, please let us know and we can arrange at a cost of £50, deducted from damages amount.
    During the low, mid and high seasons, there is flexibility to go outside the weekly Sunday to Sunday bookings and 3-4 day long weekends, mid-week stays or 10 day breaks may be possible depending on existing bookings, as well as long stays at preferential prices. Please ask for preferred dates
  • Minimum stay from 20th July 2008 until 30th August 2008 inclusive: 2 weeks minimum.
    Rental period is Sunday to Sunday( in non peak periods, there is flexibility to go outside of the weekly Sunday to Sunday bookings).

Golf at Cap d'Agde International Golf Course : The International golf course of Cap d'Agde can be viewed from our terrace and is a short walk from Cap Les Pins II residence. The very well manicured course has both a full 18 hole course as well as a 9 hole par 3 course and practise driving area. The course is open daily, 365 days a year. Daily,weekly and seasonal passes including junior passes can be purchased and golf clubs can be hired. An official club handicap is not required to reserve a round. Golf lessons can be booked and they run courses. English is spoken in the clubhouse. The course hosts French and International European competitions as well as Pro-Ams. On site facilities also include The Palmyra 4 star hotel, La Pleiade restaurant, bar and cafe as well as a professional shop selling a wide range of equipment and clothing.
