Located amongst vineyards in the countryside, just off the N9 but no need to use the car - we are 5 minutes (walking) from the lively market town of Pezenas with shops, restaurants and facilities. Mediterranean beaches 15 minutes drive. Our four attractive apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, tastefully furnished living area with CD/DVD player, fully equipped kitchen including fridge, cooker, washing machine, microwave etc, large bathroom with walk-in shower, private terrace with 'green' views, garden furniture and BBQ. Pretty shared gardens with large private swimming pool, sun terraces and shaded areas. Prices include bedlinen/towels/gas/electricity - there are no hidden extras. English owners on site.

Cazouls is a recently renovated open plan studio apartment in our 200 year old farmhouse. 5 minutes walk into the town of Pezenas with restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. Ground floor access opens onto 42 square metres of living area with sleeping platform and separate modern shower room. The stone walls and high exposed beam ceiling provide a light, airy and cool contrast to the heat outdoors.

Pezenas is a small market town lying in central Languedoc between mountains and sea with beaches 15 minutes drive away. The town offers a wide range of bars, cafes and restaurants, several supermarkets, internet cafe, 17th century historical centre with variety of craft shops, lively Saturday market, antiques markets, banks, post office and hospital - all within easy walking distance of our house - together with many festivals, carnival, concerts and exhibitions. The river Peyne flows past the house to join the Herault, ideal for fishing, swimming, etc.

We are only 5 minutes' walk from Pezenas and our guests enjoy strolling into the town to choose a restaurant for their evening meal - with everyone able to sample the wine without worrying about driving home - browse the shops, inspect the variety of architecture, keep in touch at the internet cafe, or sit in one of the many bars watching the world go by....
Activities
Beautiful sandy Mediterranean beaches are only 15 minutes' drive, with watersports such as windsurfing and sailing also available at the inland Lac du Salagou. Swimming, fishing and canoeing are very popular in the River Herault, with the Canal du Midi offering numerous boat trips and cycling or walking on the towpaths. The Leisure Park at Bessilles has acres of open countryside offering opportunities for cycling and picnics, tennis and swimming. Horseriding and golf are available nearby.
and Relaxation
More active visitors may enjoy walking in the National Parks, following the trail of the Cathares or searching out the Via Domita, exploring the scented garrigue or climbing Pic St Loup to enjoy the view. With so many activities on offer, Pezenas and the Languedoc are ideally situated to be enjoyed by the most active of our visitors. However, it's also easy to leave the car in our car park and relax.........

'Here we can appreciate what manana really means - tearing ourselves away from the lifestyle at Mas du Parc is so difficult that there are many planned trips still to do.'
