Notes to the rental rates

• 30% deposit required. The cleared funds of the full deposit should be in the advertiser's account within one week of agreeing to book the property. The property can only be held for this week until the deposit is paid. Once the deposit has cleared the property will be shown, as booked and the deposit is non-refundable. Any bank charges incurred by transfer of funds to be borne by the customer (Sterling or Euro cheques do not normally incur such charges). The remaining balance and the refundable security deposit of £250 are due 4 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure less any charges incurred e.g. stained mattresses or any significant damage to property or equipment.
