First floor: Three bedrooms, two master bedrooms with double and single beds, twin bedroom, a large bathroom/shower, W.C. and equipped kitchen. Ground floor: two bedrooms, one double bedroom, bunk bed with en suit shower, separate WC Lounge/Dinner, a large lounge with delightful furniture, open fireplace, French door to Terraces, magnificent view of garden and pool.

St Thibery: is a beautiful village holiday resort with rich in Romance history, surround by vineyards and countryside, lark and stunning view of Herault River, village has several shop, restaurants, bars, very near by supermarket and it is only 15 minutes from Agde, Cap D'Agde, Marsellan Plage, where there is clean sandy beaches and wide variety of shop, restaurant, night club and variety of sports including tennis, golf, etc. fishing, cycling, sea sport etc.

Skiing Information:

La Chateau/Villa Situated in Beautifu village of St Thibery within easy access of the A9 and A75 motorways. The nearest Airport is Montpellier for both Ryan Air and British Airways. Toulouse, Marseille, Carcassonne Perpignan and Girona (Spain) airports are all within two and half hours drive. St Thibery is situated between the historic town of Pezenas and Beziers. Pezenas is renown for its antique and brocante shops. The old quarter of the town is filled with narrow streets where you can discover many fascinating architectural delights as well as a wide range of shops and restaurants. The popular Saturday market is full of locally grown fresh produce. Beziers is a good sized town with larger shops and Hypermarkets as well as a beautiful centre including its cathedral where the historic massacre took place during the time of the Cathars. The Roman towns of Nimes and Arles are within an easy day trip as are the Cathar castles at the foot of the Pyreneees.

The village and surrounded area comes to life in July and August when you can experience regular musical evenings outside the local bar special in Cap D'Agde. Aged.; the annual wine fete at the beginning of August and the twice yearly 'sardinade', a traditional festival where hundreds of sardines are cooked over an open fire and served with French bread and lots of red wine!, a bouladrome and a tennis court.
