The Baronnie de Bourgade is a working vineyard which produces the excellent ' 3 Poules Wines' which have received several international accolades. Baron Gilles de Latude and his English wife Ruth look forward to welcoming you to this historic Domaine where wine was first produced by the Romans, over 2000 years ago. Gilles and his ancestors have continued this tradition and now you too can share the magic of this extraordinary property. The Domaine has been tastefully restored benefiting from Ruth's specialist skills as an interior designer. The three self contained individual units are situated in a wing of the existing Domaine.All have there own private garden area with access to the full sized communal pool. Set in over 25 acres of vines and woodlands this peaceful retreat offers everything you need to recharge your batteries. Wine tastings are included in your stay, weekly barbecue evenings and other special events available.

Situated within the southwest tower of this nineteenth century farm building. The property is on two floors. The upstairs rooms have open views across the vines and countryside. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with comfortable seating and dining for six. The living room opens onto the small private garden with garden furniture and barbeque. The modern kitchen area includes oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate WC. A open tread wooden staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. The pool is 11 x 5m and is shared with two other families. There are sun loungers and parasols available.

Situated within easy access of the A9 and A75 motorways. The nearest Airport is Montpellier for both Ryan Air and British Airways. Toulouse, Marseille, Carcassonne Perpignan and Girona (Spain) airports are all within two and half hours drive. The domain is situated between the historic town of Pezenas and Beziers. Pezenas is renown for its antique and brocante shops. The old quarter of the town is filled with narrow streets where you can discover many fascinating architectural delights as well as a wide range of shops and restaurants. The popular Saturday market is full of locally grown fresh produce. Beziers is a good sized town with larger shops and Hypermarkets as well as a beautiful centre including its cathedral where the historic massacre took place during the time of the Cathars. Beautiful long sandy beaches are a short 20min drive away. The Roman towns of Nimes and Arles are within an easy day trip as are the Cathar castles at the foot of the Pyreneees.
