Fabulous barn conversion with pool, near historic town of Pezenas

This converted barn provides superb accommodation with full size salt water swimming pool (13x7m) & large landscaped garden with outside lighting. There are a number of seating areas equipped with tables & chairs - terrace with vine covered frame - pool house offering shade and a barbecue area. The owner has decorated the house throughout with furnishings from her travels in Asia and her collection of modern paintings. The historic Renaissance town of Pezenas is close by. Renown for its antique & brocante shops, there is also a wonderful weekly market and arts festivals throughout the summer.

Campagnan is a small rural community situated close to the river Herault between Belarga and St Paragoire. A bakery, butcher bars, restaurants and grocery are all available in the village of St Pargoire 1.5kms away. The nearest restaurant is in Belarga a five minute drive. Mediterranean beaches are 20mins away and the river Herault 5mins. Full shops and services can be found in the nearby market town of Pezenas. The village is perfectly situated for easy access to the coast (20 mins)where you will find both long sandy beaches and fishing ports. The region is particularly renown for its Oyster beds, the villages of Bouziques and Meze have a wealth of cafes and restaurants. The fish market in the Port of Sete offers a fabulous choice of fresh fish daily. Surrounded by vineyards you are spoilt for choice for excellent local wines.
