Villa Canigou is on the Domaine du Lac, a gated development on the edge of the established, 18 hole Saint Thomas golf course, 5 kilometres east of Beziers. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private garden and views of the second fairway. There is a heated pool for the residents of the development. The golf club house, with restaurant is 5 minutes' walk away. Mediterranean beaches are 15 minutes' drive away. This villa is available for rent in conjunction with a virtually identical villa next door - please contact us for further details. Ideal for 2 families holidaying together.

It's next to a golf course, which means the views are good but not of the nature as such. Kitchen is rather small, but rest of the villa is spacious. Pool gets a little crowded in peak season. I had a great time cycling from there, but access by car is difficult except in the direction of Béziers because the roads are untarmaced and rather rough. But I give it 4* in the end.
