Very private self catering villa for summer holiday letting, with beautiful pool, set in magnificent mountain scenery. Downstairs: spacious triple aspect lounge/diner with TV/DVD/VCR and stereo; well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. Upstairs: three double and one single bedroom, bathroom, shower room separate WC. Outside: extensive terraces, half-acre grounds, garden and pool furniture, barbecue. Ten minutes walk to village shops, 20 minutes drive to nearest major town; 50 minutes drive to the Mediterranean.

Overlooking ancient Olargues (officially recognised as one of the most beautiful villages in France) . Magnificent mountain, river and vineyard scenery; wonderful walking country. 20 minutes drive from Spa town of Lamalou-Les Bains and also St Pons in the Upper Languedoc Nature Park. 50 minutes drive from to Beziers and 10 minutes more to seaside resorts of Valras Plage and Cap d'Agde. Village shops in Olargues with 20 minute drive to supermarkets. Numerous excellent restaurants and wine caves. Lots of possible day excursions including Carcassonne, Montpellier, Agues Mort and the petite Camarge, Nimes/Pont du Garde, Sete, Perpignan.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We will confirm your booking after we receive your completed booking form and a 25% deposit payment. Full payment is required 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. A security deposit of £125 per week is required, payable with the main (75%) payment. Security deposits will be returned ( assuming no charges are made) within 2 weeks of the end of the rental. Bedding is provided within the rental but not bed-linen or towels. If bed-linen and towels are required, these too can be provided at an extra charge of £12 per person to cover the cost of the final laundering. Linen provided on payment includes sheets and pillowcases, together with bath, pool, hand and tea towels.
