This charming and very spacious village house is situated in the village of Gabian only ten minutes from the medieval, cultural centre of Pezenas with its colony of artists, galleries and studios, local crafts; cafes and restaurants, wineries, and shopping. The vilage is surrounded by the vines of the Pezenas and Faugeres areas of the Herault. We are equidistant from the coast at Agde or Sete and the foothills of the Cevennes. Beaches are superb. The village has a grocer, baker, pharmacy and bar/restaurant. The house is very well maintained and very comfortably furnished, having 3 king and 2 twin bedrooms. The courtyard garden is perfect for dining and sunbathing around the pool. There is also plenty of shade for those who prefer it.

Superb Maison de Village with pool in the village of Gabian, surrounded by the vines of the Pezenas and Faugeres areas of the Herault. We are on the edge of the Haut Languedoc National Park. Gabian has a grocer, baker, pharmacy and bar/restaurant and is only 10 minutes from the bustling cultural, historic town of Pezenas and only 20 minutes from the region's capital, Beziers. The superb beaches of Agde and the maritime town of Sete are approximately 30 minutes away. Montpellier Airport is only 50 minutes away (Ryan Air & BA) and Toulouse Airport (BA & British Midland) approximately 2 hours away with train link to Beziers. Other airports serving the Hérault are Carcassonne, Perpignan and Nimes about one hour's drive. For those who prefer to drive down, the new suspension bridge at Milau is stunning and has cut a good hour off the journey.
