Peacefully situated near vineyards with a beautiful view! A garden of 5000m2,NO NEIGHBOURS, total privacy! This comfortable holiday home(10 p)with CHALET(2p), SWIMMING POOL (10m-4m), relaxing SAUNA and JACUZZI has also BBQ, hammock, toys & games. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, mixer, fondue and gourmet equipment; washing machine and dryer. In the living room there is a cosy fire place. Many former guests appreciated the tourist documentation-in English-about sportive activities(walking paths, sailing, canoe, kayak, cycling) and cultural activities (castles, abbeys, museum of olive oil, wineries) as well as the practical information (where to shop, the local markets and the many excellent restaurants at very affordable prices! 330 m Altitude. In the Minervois. Landscape of vineyards, pine forests, olive trees and the typical southern vegetation 'GARRIGUE' with lavender, herb plants (thyme, rosemary) and a lot of SUN! In May-June there are the orchids of which there is a very nice photo album in the house with some hundred of different orchid species found nearby. In spring picking asparagus and in autumn mushrooms and 'escargots'! Very calm on a hill with a Superb View! NO Neighbours, Total Privacy! At 5km from a small typical village with an excellent bakery and café with terraces under the 'platanes' trees! Easy accessible by a small and flat road. Between mountains and sea! Between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees!

    The rates mentioned for July and August are for the main HOUSE (10 people) AND the CHALET (2 people).
    The rates mentioned before and after July and August are only for the main house.
    However, it is possible to rent the chalet as well for 130 euro per week then.
    If you don't wish to rent the chalet, the chalet is never rent to somebody else.
    From October to March for long term rentals: only 650 euro per month !!
    Possibility of renting bedlinen and 4 towels: 15 euro per person.
    Deposit of 450 euro.
    The cleaning is included.Your water- and electricity consumption is not included in the rental rates.

also a cosy chalet: Next to the house - at some 15 metres - there is a cosy wooden CHALET ( 2 - 4 people) with sofa, bunk bed ,fridge, TV and bathroom and a telephone connection with the main house. This chalet is perfect for friends, children or another family ! However it is possible not to rent this chalet in low and midseason. Then the chalet will never be rent to another person !

Ski: The Pyrenees with excellent ski slopes and facilities are about 120 km from the holiday home. Also ANDORRA - ski station ànd tax free paradise - is at 220 km !

Golf: At 30 km in Carcassonne there is a lovely golf.
