Olonzac is a beautiful and unspoilt market village in the heart of the wine making area of Languedoc Roussillon. Against the backdrop of the Black Mountains, the village is surrounded by vineyards and beautiful scenery not to mention a host of wine making properties dotted around the small villages of the area. The Canal de Midi is just minutes away as are a large selection of restaurants, shops and amenities. As a living village, Olonzac thrives all year round; the market attracts many visitors from miles around and there are numerous festivals and events during both summer and winter months. It has its own bars, restaurants and shops so you get all you need locally.

    You will be greeted upon your arrival by a housekeeper, who can be contacted by telephone, throughout your stay to assist with any queries or problems that may occur during your visit.

    A welcome pack will be provided for your arrival and will includered and white local wines

    Linen service is free and includes towels (but not beach towels)

    There are additional costs during the winter months for heating
    both the house and indoor pool.

    A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Booking conditions: Once a booking has been accepted, we will send you details of the terms and conditions which, provided that it is acceptable to you, you will be required to sign and date and to return to us, together with 25% of the rent plus the Booking and Security Deposit.

    The remaining balance of your rent will be payable 6 weeks before the start of your tenancy.

    We will not change the confirmed price of your holiday due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates

    A security deposit of 1000 euros is required when you make your booking.
    Maison de la Botte is a family home and is furnished as such with original paintings and quality furniture.
    This security deposit is, of course, refundable at the end of your visit.

    Sorry, but no smoking inside the house.

    Ashtrays will be provided for use in the garden only

Notes: Maison de la Botte has been beautifully decorated throughout by its interior designer owner and is an extremely spacious house in the heart of Olonzac. With a huge living area, kitchen and separate drawing room, the house is designed to easily accommodate 6 - 8 adults in comfort with four large bedrooms and three luxury bathrooms . The kitchen is ''made to cook'' with a large Lacanche cooker, and extensive, top of the range cooking equipment. The house is also equipped with satelite TV (one on the ground floor and one in the main bedroom; all other bedrooms have their own terrestrial TV too) and fast internet connection is available for your holiday. There is a large, Mediterranean, secluded garden with a 12 meter heated indoor swimming pool (which is available all year round) and, as the entire property is bordered by its own outbuildings, completely private and secure.Cooking and Cleaning services on request. Sports area with plasma Tv and Xbox 360 for children!! Table Tennis!
