A modern villa in a quiet, stylish, Mediterranean style residence just 10 minutes walk from Plage Richlieu and only 10 minutes walk from Centre Port - Cap d'Agde. There are shops located only 2 minutes walk from the villa - Bakery, Supermarket, Newsagents and Chemist. Numerous restaurants can be found within 5 minutes walk and many many more in Centre Port. The Golf course is bordering this residence. This villa is extremely well located and it has been totally refurbished in 2006. It has already proved to be very popular with guests. Many returning again this year. There is a swimming pool in this residence for use by the guests only. This property has two double bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. Newly tiled bathroom with bath/shower and a separate WC and wash basin. The kitchen is entirely new and very well equipped. There is everything you need to enjoy preparing your own meals. Also a very private terrace with furniture and barbecue.

Villa Sunflowers is located 10 minutes walk from Cap d'Agde's largest marina. Enjoy sitting in a cafe at the harbour and enjoy people watching. Boat trips can be taken from Centre Port to Agde/Sete/Canal du midi. Plage Richlieu is the nearest beach. A mere 10 minutes walk. It is an one of the best beaches in the area - fine white sand along a vast stretch of beach. The town of Agde is 3km away and it is known as the second oldest town in France. A town steeped in history, well worth a visit. There is a traditional market held in Agde each Thursday and an antiques market each Wednesday. Quaint little shops can be found along its many cobbled streets. There are many restaurants along the river to have lunch and watch the boats go by. Beziers is only 20km. A traditional french town with excellent indoor and outdoor markets. Ideal for shopping - Galeries La Fayette is located in the town centre. There are also many out of town shopping centres near Beziers.

Golf: Cap d'Agde's famous golf course borders the Les Capivantes residence. In minutes you could be on the golf course. It is possible to hire golf clubs and purchase weekly or seasonal passes. The golf course also has a well renowned restaurant.

Boating: This area is a sailor's paradise. Cap d'Agde has the largest marina in the Languedoc Roussillon area. You can arrange moorings for private boats or you can hire boats with or without permits. Please ask for more details. Boat trips can be taken from Centre Port to Sete or the Canal du Midi.

Information File: An information file is contained in each villa and gives plenty of information on the area. In addition the Tourist Information Office is located a short walk from the villa.

Die Angaben im Oneline-Inserat bezüglich Lage, Ausstattung etc. entsprachen im wesentlichen der Realität. Das Objekt befand sich in einem sauberen und sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Instruktionen über die Nutzung des Objekts waren sehr exakt und detailliert. Zur Begrüßung standen Wasser, Wein und Schokolade bereit. Nach 2 Tagen nahm der weit entfernt lebende Vermieter mit dem Mieter Kontakt auf. Das Domizil würde ich ohne Abstriche auch Freunden empfehlen. Das Angebot an Freizeitmöglichkeiten; Attraktionen und Restaurants bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sehr umfangreich.
