Domaine St Ferreol offers luxurious holiday accommodation for rental for couples, families, or groups of friends and is also an ideal setting for celebrating your special occasion. Located in the heart of the Herault Valley in Languedoc, close to Pezenas (6km) and sunny Mediterranean beaches (25km) there are a wealth of cultural & sporting activities to keep you busy all year round. Dating back to 822 the ancient Domaine lies in a peaceful 35 acre estate, surrounded by vineyards with 2 acres of wooded parkland, 1 km of riverbank, a bamboo park & natural water gardens and ponds. The extensive grounds include a large secluded pool (12x6M) Set in its own landscaped garden, an enclosed children's play area with swings, slide, sandpit, table tennis and 14ft trampoline & a large park with plenty of nooks and crannies. The 4 villas have been lovingly restored, retaining many original features & offer a unique blend of traditional Languedoc character with all the luxurious comforts of home.

3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin bedded), 2 bathrooms. The former wine tasting rooms of the vineyard, Le Caveau now offers spacious accommodation with excellent views of the surrounding vineyards from the large French windows on one side and secondary French doors which outlook onto the sunny flower gardens, giving the overall room a light and spacious character. The large lounge (30 x33ft) has an integral kitchen area and a dining area for up to 8 people. The old beams have been maintained and restored throughout the villa. The decor is rustic with plenty of pretty Provencal materials used throughout to provide a colourful, country house feel. In the lounge is a large, comfortable sofa bed a second squashy sofa and several armchairs. Colourful paintings and antique furnishings provide style and local ambience. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons. A downstairs twin bedded room with own shower. Upstairs: 2 very spacious bedrooms. Private garden, table, chairs, parasol, and BBQ.

Pezenas our nearest historic town offers a wealth of colourful bars, cafes and restaurants and with so many local arts & crafts artisans making jewellery, blowing glass, sculpting and painting it is a great place to be inspired ! Enjoy excellent local wines and delicious regional dishes in some of the region's most exotic settings either on the seafront or hidden away in picturesque villages. With both the Med and Lake Salagou in close proximity there is plenty to do for lovers of all water sports and golfers will find their own paradise among the 6 regional golf courses.

Stunning villa in a stunning location!

From the moment we arrived Jorje and Ania made every effort to welcome us to their wonderful wine estate.
Le Caveau far exceeded our expectations, beautiful grounds and fantastic pool. Our three children were able to roam freely and loved the dogs - Boris, Bonnie and Barney.
The 'villa' was immaculate, the bedrooms large and bright, the lounge area fantastic (including Sky TV !!!) - all very tastefully decorated.
We were only 10 mins from Pezanas and 30 mins from the beaches at Marseillan-Plage. A must to visit is Marseillan harbour with it's great seafood restaurants.

Without a doubt, Domaine St Ferreol is amongst the best accommodation our family has had the pleasure to stay in, and our hosts went out of their way to ensure that our holiday was a success!
PS the wine tasting was a highlight!

We went as a family of five (myself, partner, partner's mother and two children) and every one of us loved the holiday from start to finish. The location was beautiful ('picturebook' is a cliche but is applicable here), the villa was wonderful, cleand and well kept, the facilities superb and the people friendly and helpful. The villa and area is ideally suited to both families and those without children and neither of my children wanted to leave (but then again neither did we!)

Special thanks to Jorje and Ania (the owners) who were friendly, polite and very helpful.
