The villa was built in 2001 and is situated in a quiet road in a modern residential area surrounded by vineyards with a private chateau visible nearby. The garden has a large terrace for sun-bathing and dining with dark blue garden furniture and a barbecue provided. 2 Adult Bicycles are available for guest use, one is fitted with a panier to collect morning baguettes from the local boulangerie, 2Km away in the older part of the village. The bedrooms are laid out as 1 Double and 2 Twins, tastefully decorated. The sandy Mediterranean beaches are just 20 minutes away by car.

Terms & Conditions: A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the remainder paid no less than 28 days prior to departure. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 28 days before departure. A security deposit of £100 will also be required which will not be cashed unless all or part is needed to cover breakage’s or damage. Departing guests should leave by 10am, and arriving guests not before 4pm. Although the normal changeover day is Saturday, other dates will be considered to assist with lower-cost flights except in high season (July,August).

A week in Montady!!

This villa really is a home from home.All those little things that we are so used to having in our own home were here in Montady- We could not find fault with the property.
All those extras like the Bicycles, Garden Furniture, Barbecue, Book and Video libraries etc. only served to enhance the enjoyment of our time here.
The village of Montady itself has all the requirements for a self catering holiday and there are lots of restaurants to suit most tastes in places like Colombiers, Capestang, etc, etc - and Beziers will cater for any other tastes. It is also a good base for touring all the interesting sights in the Midi. We only spent a week there but such is the wealth of attractions in Languedoc/Roussillon that we will be back in 2010 for a longer stay and bring along some friends or family.
Our contacts with Debbie and John were first class and they were most helpful with any questions that we had.
Anyone considering a self catering holiday in this part of France would,i'm sure, have great difficulty in finding a better property than this one in Montady.

Best holiday ever

This was our first holiday in France, and we loved it. In fact, we class this as our best holiday ever and John and Debbie's villa was just the perfect place to stay. We have a very young family and the kids (twins aged almost 4 and a 2 year old) adored playing in the grounds with the toys available. They were very comfortable. Location of the villa was very handy to both Montady and Beziers. Weather was perfect. We would thoroughly recommend the villa to any family.

The property in Montady is an ideal location to visit the Languedoc Roussillon Region.It was true to all the images on the web, The personal touches that John and Debbie have incorporated into the villa and their efficient dealings with us, had all the hallmarks of experienced Owners.
Being part of a small town rather than a tourist would certainly bring us back again. We will recommend this villa to our friends and family without hesitation.

John & Debbie's Villa is the best we have stopped in. We have visited the region for several years now, and we have finally found the perfect Villa. We can not find fault with it. They have thought of everything for your comfort. It is a home from home. We will definitely stop again.

John & Debbie's villa is wonderful. They have really thought about the needs of their visitors. It really did feel like a home from home. I would highly recommend this villa, especially to families. Myself & husband stayed there with our 3 boys aged 11, 13 & 15. We were extremely fortunate with the weather, and sitting outside in the garden every night was very peaceful and relaxing. Hope everyone in the future enjoys their stay there.
