A charming villa lovingly equipped to a high standard
The villa was built in 2001 and is situated in a quiet road in a modern residential area surrounded by vineyards with a private chateau visible nearby. The garden has a large terrace for sun-bathing and dining with dark blue garden furniture and a barbecue provided. 2 Adult Bicycles are available for guest use, one is fitted with a panier to collect morning baguettes from the local boulangerie, 2Km away in the older part of the village. The bedrooms are laid out as 1 Double and 2 Twins, tastefully decorated. The sandy Mediterranean beaches are just 20 minutes away by car.

Terms & Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the remainder paid no less than 28 days prior to departure. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 28 days before departure. A security deposit of £100 will also be required which will not be cashed unless all or part is needed to cover breakage’s or damage. Departing guests should leave by 10am, and arriving guests not before 4pm. Although the normal changeover day is Saturday, other dates will be considered to assist with lower-cost flights except in high season (July,August).
