This New 2 bedroom Villa is on a Private complex of approx 70 houses. First Bedroom 5 foot double. 2nd Bedroom 4'6 double with bunk over the top. The Pool is large & well maintained. There is a private parking space in front of the Property. The Garden area has a patio and decking.Large sunshade. The Villa is fully equipped ie. TV Video CD Microwave. Linen is provided, (except Beach Towels.) AIGUES MORTES Is a medieval walled city 5-6 mins walk away.Variety of shops & a good selection of Restaurants & Bars.The beach 10 mins Drive. Selection of Beaches to choose from. The Camargue is a nature reserve. Black bulls white horses & flamingo's. Boat Trips. Lots of places of Interest Arles & Nimes with their Amphitheater's Montpellier for shopping. Carcasonne another medieval City. Served by Montpellier & Nimes Airports.& Marseilles or Barcelona only 3 hours drive. A wonderful place to relax & enjoy the wine & food No wonder Van Gogh lived & painted in this Area. You won't be disappointed

Nearest Beach: beach at 10.0 Miles

The house is situated 5 minutes walk from the Medieval City. On the Camargue which is a Nature reserve. There is much to do and see here, short drives to many places of interest, Longer drives to famous places get up early and you can have lunch in St Tropez. The country side is unspoilt the food is wonderful and the wine excellent. If you wish to drive The roads are good and it takes 12 hours with stops from Calais. The airports are not far and many cheap flights can be had through Ryan Air.

The Villas are a gated community and need a code, to enter.

We loved the location the house was comfortable and convenient,The weather was fabulous & the pool excellent. We shall come again. Mr Regan (Eire)..

We had a lovely time the children loved the pool and so easy to go out in the evening with out getting in the car.Very relaxing good restaurants. Excellent Value for Money We shall return.Mr & Mrs Whittington (Surrey)..
