Argeles and locality: - Argeles enjoys a lively boulevard of restaurants and bars, late night shops and market stalls. There is a supermarket as well as a wealth of take-away facilities available. Cyber cafe and launderette are close by. The old village of Argeles is full of charm and offers architectural pleasures and quiet restaurants. The newly built port is also worth a visit. Barcelona is approx 90 mins away and the Pyrenean ski resorts are about an hour to reach. Excursions are available - you should check with the Tourist Office either before you book, or on arrival. Argeles-sur-Mer is a popular destination for families, couple, and single people looking for a lively, fun vacation in the company of friendly people, both locals and visitors. Quieter but charming in off-peak seasons. If you want a quiet holiday avoid this and the surrounding areas in peak season

Nice family flat on a wonderful beach.

We especially enjoyed the ocean view from the huge balcony and had wonderful breakfasts an dinners there. The beds are quite comfortable and all you need for a good holiday is there. Having a short espresso break when you are on the beach? No problem because your flat is so close.
The city centre of Argeles-Sur-Mer is rather close too (about 10 minutes by foot). About 100 m away from the flat you will find a good butcher, green grocer and a bakery with a small Supermarket included which is ideal in the morning to get things for your breakfast.
