This apartment has two private terraces, one smaller with table and chairs for 4 and another larger private terrace - La Terrasse au Jardin which has table and chairs for 6, also 4 cushioned sunbeds and a barbecue. Notes to the rental rates

• A security deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable with the final balance. This should be a sterling cheque made payable to Elizabeth Price. Provided there is no reason for deductions, this cheque will be returned intact within one week of departure following the end of the holiday

• At off-peak season times, B&B is possible in all apartments. Breakfast is served in the main salon of the house. Please refer to our B&B tariff for 2008.
  Take a 4 day B&B break and get the 4th night free. You pay for 3 days only!! Between 27 Sept & 4 April only. All rooms have private balcony or terrace.
  
• During off peak times it is possible to rent an apartment for periods of less than one week, and to vary the day of arrival and departure so as to take advantage of cheaper mid week air fares.
