There are many books available describing walks in this area as well as lots of information available from the local tourist offices or organised walking groups.
BIKING. For the young & energetic there are dedicated mountain bike tracks (VTT)in the mountains surrounding Montesquieu whilst the windy roads locally attract many cyclists either individually or in groups.
