2 bedroom apartment in the private residence of Les Quais de l'Amirauté with large private swimming pool and private parking. Overlooking the marina which links through to the port of St Cyprien. Within short walking distance of the small commercial centre of Les Capellans and the Parc des Capellans with indoor/outdoor tennis (and coaching), squash, badminton and fitness. Good choice of local restaurants. Great beaches on the edge of the village. St Cyprien also provides an International golf course (10 mins drive), horse riding and karting and extensive sailing facilities. Also the whole area is very cycle friendly (two all terrain bikes are provided for use by users of the apartment)! Perpignan, Argeles, Collioure, the Spanish border and the Pyrenees are all within a short distance.

Les Capellans is located in St-Cyprien-Sud, on the Mediterranean coast in the heart of the Cote Catalane close to the Spanish Border. It is just 25 minutes from Perpignan International Airport, but also within 2 hours of the major airports of Montpellier, Toulouse, Carcassonne, Barcelona.

| Notes: | The apartment has a balcony off the lounge and also off the main bedroom. The small commercial centre of Les Capellans is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and has a bar, restaurants, take away pizzerias, newsagent, small supermarket, baker, butcher, greengrocer, fishmonger, chemist, doctor and estate agent. Note that many of these are only open during the summer season. There is also a water taxi which regularly runs from Les Capellans to St Cyprien Port during the summer season. The swimming pool is open from May to October. There is a DVD player with the TV and an IPOD player. |

The apartment is very comfortable and well appointed, and the general location very convenient for trips to interesting attractions. Our holiday at the Quai d'Amiraute was super. We all enjoyed ourselves, the weather was hot and we loved the apartment. We enjoyed our holiday overall and were most impressed by the amount and range of activities there are within a very close distance of St Cyprien The weather was more than nice, the apartment was very good, the people and the food were brilliant!
